ZeroExam provides assessment planning and generation tools for educators, departments, and institutions. You may use the service only for lawful educational and organisational purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and final approval of any assessment created with the service. AI-generated content is a draft to review, not a substitute for professional academic judgment.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Plans, limits, credits, trials, and billing terms are described on the pricing page or in the applicable order or agreement. Features may vary by plan.
Your content
You retain ownership of the documents, course materials, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant ZeroExam the limited rights needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy and any agreement with your institution.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for removing sensitive information that is not necessary for your assessment workflow.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer it, upload malicious code, or use it to violate another person’s rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or institution data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ZeroExam reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside our control. We may update features and these terms over time; we will publish the current version on this page and update the effective date.
